All guests must be at least 18 years old to check-in unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
A valid government-issued photo ID proof are required at the time of check-in for all guests.
Normal check in time is 12:00 Noon. For late arrivals, please call for instructions on the procedure for arrival after 6 PM.Checkout is at 11 Morning.
Early check-in and check-out is available by prior arrangement only i.e. subject to availability and prior intimation & confirmation only.
Visitors are not allowed in the room.
Reservations can be canceled anytime, but a 100% refund is available if cancellation at least 3 days prior to check-in.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property during their stay.
Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises.
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner. Any behavior that disturbs other guests or violates the hotel’s rules may result in eviction without a refund.
The hotel is not responsible for any loss or theft of guests’ personal belongings. Please use the in-room safes to secure valuables.
